PNP Confirms Tomlinson As Next Candidate For West Rural St. Andrew

PNP General Secretary, Julian Robinson, has confirmed a report carried by our news center a few weeks ago, that Krystal Tomlinson is to be the party’s candidate in West Rural St. Andrew in the next General Election.

Our news center reported on October 14 that Miss Tomlinson is to shortly be announced as the PNP candidate for West Rural St. Andrew.

Tomlinson is President of the PNP Youth Organization, the PNPYO.

West Rural St. Andrew is currently represented in the House of Representatives by the Jamaica Labour Party’s, Juliet Cuthbert Flynn.

It’s considered a marginal or battleground seat.

But the constituency swung to the JLP in the 2016 General Elections when Mrs. Cuthbert Flynn defeated the then incumbent, the PNP’s Paul Buchanan, by more than 2,200 votes.
